  I give this location absolutely no stars (it wouldn't let me submit the review without at least putting one star). THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought a PS4, a tv, a tablet, and some video games from the Cashland in Gallipolis, Ohio in the period span of a month and NONE OF THEM WORKED. This location does not know what they are doing. They are literally getting paid to do NOTHING. Then I told them I wasn't giving them my business anymore because nothing they sell works. The lady who refunded my items proceeded to tell me that "she doesn't need me anyways." So if you want to get ripped off and disrespected when it's their fault and not yours, this is the PERFECT store for you. This location needs to be shut down.

  They have have no idea what they’re doing there and one of the guys that work there is a thief but they still continue to let him work there. They will never get my business again.

  An absolute bpoor excuse of a pawn shop you buy an item it doesn't work and they refuse to switch out the game. Don't you scan over the discs when you buy them because no one in the right mind or even half a brain cell would try and sell the game I got from them. I have had issues there before and they always were like sure just grab another game.not this time I bought alot of games and other goods there but not anymore you can kiss my @$$ yuck fou !

  Always has good deals. They have have always honored their return policy if the item is defective.

  I used to shop here all the time until they started breaking the ACTUAL LAWS and started discriminating and denying service because of peoples disabilities... All the while BREAKING the unlawful "dictates" they say they are upholding!!!

  Great prices friendly staff and they have a huge jewelry selection. All the jewelry is real and they have plenty of electronics in stock.

  I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy extremely rude employees the manger started yelling at me when when questioned the false information she was telling me and also bought a ps4 from here and it was not wiped it had someone else’s account still on it and also bought 2 different chainsaws that didn’t work

  Bought something from this place it didn't work and I tried to take it back and they was rude and would not give me my money back. Lindsey was the manager on this day. Will never go back again!!!!
