  I have been with this location for over a year now and this location has to be the best everyone is so nice and friendly. My favorite is Shareena she always has a smile on her face and is ready to help who ever walks in the door.

  They filed court paperwork against me because I wasn’t able to pay em, don’t they understand it’s been a rough couple of years for some! I tried to work some type of arrangement with them but they said no! What friendly , understanding people they are

  These people are the absolute best!!! They are always so friendly. From the start when I applied for my loan and went to their office to sign papers, the entire staff was warm, friendly and efficient. It is a pleasure to call my payment in every month as they are so courteous and kind. I will definitely recommend to friends and continue to do business with them. I am a Customer Experience Manager and recognize awesome customer service. Thank you everyone at Cashco!!! I previously wrote a great review for this Company. I have never missed or have been late with a payment. I am always kind and polite when I speak with the employees. Today 7/8/20 I called and asked if I could borrow further funds. They texted me the loan docs to e sign. I was unable to e sign and called the office for help. The first person I spoke with was frustrated that I was unable to e sign and slammed the phone down on me. When I called back the second person they stated I don't know what I'm doing and stated they don't want my business anyway and hung up on me again. what did I do to deserve this humiliation? Even if I was a bad customer no one should ever be treated the way I was treated. I guess it's to put customers in their place and feel like beggars. Please consider taking your business elsewhere where a company embraces their customers and treats them with respect and dignity.
