  This was the most unprofessional business I have been to in a very long time. The person that I dealt with called herself the manager, Casey/ Stacy.( hard to understand with a mouth full of food)which explains why this place was ran in such a trashy way. In between rolling her eyes because my business pulled her away from her Sonic and onion rings between mouthfuls, she was terribly rude. Prior to beginning the process i went over everything that was required and made sure i had the necessary paper work...which she glanced through....and we began, only for her to tell me there was an issue....she also discussed clients business with other employees in front of the entire waiting are.....NOW I KNOW HOW CASH COW GOT ITS NAME. MOOOOOOOVE ON DOWN TO THE NEXT ONE, THIS WOMAN WAS DISGUSTING.

  Called to get a payoff for a customer's title loan, as the vehicle was being traded in, both employees that I spoke with were completely unprofessional and rude. I don't see who people like this stay in business. I have worked with many finance companies and have never been talked to like that.

  The ladies there are always professional, helpful and friendly that’s why the 5 stars, the area manager talks down to those ladies and have them in tears, putting them in danger by not having disinfectant cleaners to protect themselves, forcing them to use their personal funds to purchase disinfectant to use in Cash Cow.
