  Everytime I visit this location the store is always clean and the staff is welcoming. When I’m in a bond this is the only place I come because of their professionalism.

  The young ladies at 2300 Airline Drive Bossier La made this experience better than ever. I was nervous about getting a Title Loan and they put my mind at ease not to mention the best customer service I've ever had! These ladies make the experience 100 percent better ! Will refer this store to EVERYONE I know!!

  I was inquiring about a title loan. Not really knowing much about the process. I was able to speak with one of the employees, whom name was Christy. She was able to go over all the procedures as to the amount I could borrow, and all the other requirements. I was truly appreciative of her pleasant attitude and knowledge.

  Garbage customer service..... I just love how she told the lady helping me " can you help the next customer" while I was still at the counter. Then had the nerve to say thank you. Ma'am your right I would thank me too if I were you. I just love the audacity of people when your trying to get out of debt!!! FYI... Since I was coming from another store Until all paymets were cleared the paperwork wasn't going to be released any way. Dummy !
