  I wish I could give a negative rating! I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected and embarrassed by staff who lack any clear moral compass and customer service. After a severe case of identity theft they called my employer and falsely and liably screamed and threatened my poor coworker telling her that they were charging me with a felony and having me arrested. My manager called me in a panic. Cash Blvd NEVER even called me to alert me that there was an issue with my check. Such a horrendous way to do business. I will NEVER go there again and have read of shady poor business and threatening tactics they use to scare people. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

  I have been going here regularly for about 3 years and the staff are always prompt and helpful. Never had issues handling business at this location!

  I went here a couple days ago to make a payment and they were closed early. The sign said 4:00 but they were closed, yet, it was only 3:58. Anyways, I called them and spoke to Bianca and she was rude, unprofessional and irritated with just talking to me. She raised her voice while speaking with me, which I didn't appreciate. Then I asked for corporate's number and was hung up on! Then a couple days after I spoke to the 'supposed gm'(which by the way didn't seem to care one bit) so I asked him for the corporate number. Instead of giving me the corporate number, while taking his sweet time, he decided to give me a 1800 sex line number! Business is everything so I'll be sure to let everyone know about how I was treated here and that they should take there business to CASH ADVANCE where they know how to be processional.

  This place is horrible. They won't cash a check that is clearly from a large payroll company because they couldn't look up the account balance or something. Was trying to save time by going here instead of my usual cash checking place. I have no problems anywhere else. Don't waste 15 minutes of your life going here.

  I am a regular at cash blvd everyone there is very nice and easy to work with its very convenient for me to get money orders and pay my fpl bill they know me by name and i always get service with a smile.

  For YEARS I've been coming to cash blvd... they are so courtesy and helpful always smiling and treating a person with a lot of respect,, customer service is 100 and 10%,, cash Boulevard out beats all the other competitors,, thank you ,😁🤘😁🤘😁🤘🇵🇷

  I've never have encountered such rude workers. Even management have the worst attitudes should really get some people in there port saint lucie an fort pierce stores with better customer service skills.. Very bad experiences 99% of the time.

  I have had two terrible experiences from this location. Both times involved Brianna. She was training new people and both times ignored them and ignored me as a customer. And both times blamed me for her error. Never going back to this location because of HER. I work in customer service and she doesn't understand how good customer service.
