  So I bought a 300 dollar shotgun and the thing is totally busted they refused to work with me whatsoever even saying all gun sales are final if you pay 300 dollars for a shotgun it shouldn’t be completely busted on the first day

  This place is horrible!! They claim to be a pawn shop and advertise the many things that they accept but when you get there they turn you away and tell you they only accept one or two things. I can understand if I brought anything less than top of the line stuff with me. The employees are very rude and super unprofessional. They just need to close down and get out of Portsmouth!!!! If I could give them negative Stars I would!!!!

  The staff are pleasant and helpful. Dave is always a laugh. As long as you pay your loans off and don't get rude with them, you'll always get good service. The only time I've ever had an issue there was when they employed a jackass named J.R.. He lost his job though. Unfortunately he now works next door and has been known to sit out front and run his mouth about Cashland. They definitely still have my business.

  Love this place I got a laptop there lasted me 6yrs also a great place to buy games and DVDs never pawed anything but was with a friend and she had no problem getting it back freindly ran great people

  This is a great places to get things you want or your family and friends want and they are good on there prices also you don't have to wait along time they are fast and very friendly
