  Worst experience ever. I would not recommend them to anyone for any service. Judge for yourself: CVA did our taxes for two years. Our accountant was Bryan. He didn't listen to our needs & rarely communicated in a timely manner. He went on vacation when our taxes were due the first year & didn't check in before leaving to let us know they were done (we called to find out the status & get a copy of them). The second year, he & his office could not tell us if they had filed our taxes after we had signed them, filed an extension late even though I'd provided our documents with plenty of time, they forgot to bill us for payroll services for a while and sent us an invoice for the whole period at once. He tried to upgrade us to a monthly business advice service and when we declined because we were unhappy with the service we'd received - he hung up on us and would not return our calls or emails to discuss how we could get our final client files from them. He refused to file our final quarterly payroll taxes unless we paid an extra $250 (we had already been charged for payroll services that included quarterly filings). After 3 weeks of calling, someone in the office finally sent our final documents so we could file our own quarterly taxes, and after 6 weeks of trying to speak to the owner (leaving multiple messages with office staff and sending emails), I've given up on him ever calling us back.

  Horrible experience at this CPA office. The company spent months trying to fix my books which still to this date don’t match our quickbooks. In addition, their CPA never delivered our sales tax to the state as he promised via email. When I emailed them repeatedly about this, I got no answer for weeks. When I finally approached the business owner; I got an email contradicting what was told to us by the CPA Bryan he hired to do our taxes. We were able to have two productive meetings where I had to DRAG the business owner into our meetings. During these meetings Bryan was professional and we got weeks worth of spinning around done in an hour, but as SOON as the owner left, we got no where again. In this meeting our federal taxes were finished but never delivered! After months of begging to get my sales tax, federal tax and books straight and getting NO results I am leaving this review. I am currently begging the owner to fix this with little luck. Giving up and moving on. DONT GO HERE

  I had spent numerous hours filling out the application for the first PPP loan. I also had questions about filling out the loan forgiveness application. Not only did Chris at CVA answer my questions, but he also filed my loan forgiveness application and filled out a PPP2 application in about 45 minutes while I was sitting in front of him. They were both completed and filed electronically. He is definitely a PPP expert. I can't tell you how many hours of frustration this saved me. He uploaded documents and had all of my payroll information at his fingertips. Thanks again Chris!!!

  I had searched high and low for help when the IRS said I owed them for back taxes on an inheritance that I entirely rolled over into a retirement account, but that the IRS was counting as income. The guy who initially did my taxes for that year kept having me do ALL the footwork with the IRS and didn't have a CLUE why the IRS said I owed it. My financial advisor was a little help in at least getting a faxed copy of the check that went from the inheritance fund DIRECTLY into a retirement account, but other than that SHE had no suggestions. It was Drew and Carson Valley Accounting that wrote the IRS a letter along with my documentation that did the trick. I am eternally grateful to Drew and his staff for taking this heavy burden off my shoulders and helping me when no one else I turned to could offer any solutions. They are top notch professionals and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to friends of mine.

  CVA was so helpful and patient with me as a new customer. Took a lot of time, effort and handholding to get three years of my taxes straightened out. They took my piles of files, organized them, and got me squared away so I could start fresh. This years taxes just flew by painlessly and quickly. No more worrying for me because I know CVA is on top of everything so I don’t have to be.
