Steve MQ5Carson Toyota is a First-Class dealership, & I'm pretty sure that Dianne Whitmire is a key individual to their success! My inquiry started with a phonecall to her, I was looking for a great deal on a 2012 Rav4-EV and her name was mentioned from the Rav4-EV forum site as Carson's go-to-salesperson if you are in the market for one. Right off the bat, she paired me up with a Blizzard white (the color I was looking for)... as for pricing... no BS, just upfront breakdown on cost and what it would look like for my monthly payments. She even included the flatbed shipping cost into the total (I'm in central California, the only way I would get the electric car would be a door-to-door delivery), so that means no upfront cost for me. She answered all my followup questions via email, and when I was ready to seal the deal, she mailed the docs the next day (super quick). I was so excited to get this done, that I got the paperwork signed/notarized and returned everything to her the same day. Fast forward 2 days, the Rav4-EV got delivered to my home. Everything went so smoothly that it's safe to say this has been the most hassle-free car purchase I've ever done! No BS stuff you normally get from car salespeople, Dianne treated me with respect and these days, that's a huge deal for a great car-buying experience! Thanks Dianne, we love our Rav4-EV!!!

Georgie1Everyone, if you shop for a car here pay attention to everything that they are typing and writing. Request copies for everything. I was interested and bought a Toyota Prius Prime Advanced. Google the price and tell me what you think about what happened to me. I ended up at this dealship due to they having the car I wanted. Also being told that they would help me and my Mom because of our credit. Which was at the time appreciated. When talking to Toyota Financial, it was brought to my attention that if my Mom had as bad of a credit as the dealer said, she would not have received the APR (0.1)she did. I asked if credit was the issue, could a price increase on the car happen before fees and taxes? She said no. I then request for my window sticker (with the price of the car and features) from the dealership because it was no where to be found, maybe I missed something about the price jump. I asked numerous times about the price jump and I received the same answer about my "Mom's credit" and they are "looking for my window sticker." So I started to question again why the cost of my car started at $34k+ before fees and taxes to $40k+. Now I am getting that there was a mark up as of a week ago. That "mark up" was never explained this during the pitch and deal. Even my sales persons Manager wrote $34k when explaining what my monthly payments would look like. So then the sales person that sold me the car, offered to work on a "possible" discount of 30%-50% off of the additional markup. Not bringing it back to sticker, but a "discount on the mark up" (Again just brought up last week, when I got the car going over a month now.) If bring my Mom back up to Carson from San Diego. I then talk to Customer Relations via text. Did not go so well. Am I wrong to be upset?

Robert Rojas2Absolutely comical was about to sign an offer and saw how management reacted and interacted with another client. He actually threw a tantrum as a full adult. Then I got surrounded by his coworkers trying to keep me from leaving after the ridiculous situation. A coworker went on and kicked me out too for feeling uncomfortable about the situation. He went on to make sure I knew that I “did not know anything”. The salesman Matt was terrific and I feel bad for him having to suffer with such a toxic work environment. “Ghetto” personal with suits on. I went to a different dealer day after got a way better offer with a professional and now I have a new car. if possible go else where. Cheers. And good luck all

After all, I bought my 2 previous RAV4s with his guidance and expertise and now I need a newer one to pass on my 2012 model to my niece. Jim Sherod5This was the first time going to the service center since I just bought a Toyota Prius. Just an oil change, but went smoothly and the man helping me suggested something that would save a lot of money on oil changes (package of 6 for $299). They also had 2 complimentary tickets to the Toyota Grand Prix. Sweet.
