  Carriage Trade Insurance has been our insurance company for more than five years. We work closely with Michael Jacob who is exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable. One of the things I am most impressed with is how they stay current with issues affecting nonprofits by circulating information and ready to discuss our concerns.   I have worked with Mike and Jack on benefit renewals for 7-8 years while working with Lutheran Social Services of New York. While I know Carriage Trade assists us with all matters insurance, my experience has mainly been through employee benefits. Their service to our agency in this regard has been one of commitment, integrity, and professionalism. I value their industry insights and have learned a lot from them.   I have never before dealt with such a full service, and concerned insurance company!! Mike, Anisha and all the staff are courteous, responsive and go the extra mile to be helpful, informative and proactive to our needs. Usually you only hear from an insurance company when the premiums are due. Not so with Carriage Trade! My email is constantly supplied with current information for every nuance of our operations and any questions are responded to within minutes - not the days and weeks it took with our former company.
