  I used Caroline a few years ago when I first needed a mortgage on my condo. She did a GREAT job then. I, currently, refinanced my condo through Caroline again! As her client, I received the same magnificent treatment as I did the first time I needed a mortgage. She is pleasant, very well informed and returns texts/phone calls without hesitation. Also, she knows this mortgage business and refinance business like no one else. Friendly, cordial and terrific customer service! And, YES, I am simply a client. She isn't a family member, I didn't get paid for this review (although I wouldn't turn it down) and I would recommend her to anyone!! She is literally there for you from beginning to end.   Caroline was fantastic to work with! She was readily available to assist with any questions we had during the process and really made the process of securing our loan feel manageable and less overwhelming. During the process she kept us on track, provided great insights and was super helpful as we navigated this crazy market. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a lender- especially if you are a first time home buyer and feeling unsure about where to start with the financial aspects of home buying!

  Caroline and her team are wonderful partners in buying a new home! We had an offer on our previous house and needed to move FAST to ensure we had a place to live. Caroline and her team were able to help us put in an offer and complete the process within 30 days. Our new home closed before the previous one!
