  Everytime I come into the Gastonia branch they treat me with amazing respect. Every member is positive and helpful. This is my primary branch. Crystal, Haley, Elizabeth, Tirmary, and Justin are excellent.

  I have been a customer for many years, dealt with multiple branches, mainly Gastonia and Crisman Street, and have realized the courtesy and professionalism of the employees is universal. I appreciate the fact that I've never felt they were trying to 'sell' me anything but rather offered solutions for my various banking needs whether as simple as individual accounts or as complicated as mortgages. I honestly can't see why anyone would ever want to deal with the endless high fees, interest and sales tactics of the big banks if they can become a member. And on top of that, you'll never find better rates on auto loans, or any other loans for that matter.

  The Gastonia branch is the best!! Wonderful ladies working there and always are willing to help me. Best service inside the branch and thru the drive thru. I am so glad my family and I started banking here.

  I’ve always loved Carolina Telco. Been banking with them off and back on for almost 25 years when I worked with Bell South. I’m disturbed that they want to now start charging 2.00 for the paper statements.

  Berry, thank you for being a long-time member and for bringing your concerns to our attention. While we understand your frustrations, we do offer several options to assist our members. All members can sign up for free e-statements through our mobile app and online banking. Statements are archived and can be accessed and printed at your convenience. If you choose to continue to receive paper statements, the fee is waived for members within our Premier Relationship Tier. Also, the Elite Relationship Level paper statement fee is $1.00 per month. Select and Member Relationship Levels have a monthly paper statement fee of $2.00 per month. We also waive the fee for members ages 65 or older and members 18 or under.   Very unhappy just canceled my account because they charged me $30 for not having 1$ To cover the amount I needed in my account. When asked why the money from my savings was not took to cover the Amount and they Had no answer. So I personally think that they should waiver That amount seeing I am a loyal and it was just a dollar . They need a better system

  I received wonderful customer service from Brittany at the Gastonia location when obtaining my car loan. She was always available when I called and very knowledgeable when answering my questions. She provided service that you just can't get from a Bank!
