  Honestly this is the worst bank they are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They did give me a great interest rate but at this point I would rather have a higher interest rate than to have to deal with them

  The word trust should not be in their name if you don't catch them stealing your money right away they get to keep it. Even after admitting to misappropriating my money they refuse to return it because I didn't catch it quick enough.

  I banked with them for years. It's ok if you are were you can run to the bank every day. However if you travel often they are a huge pain. Web site is not reliable as to when down or not. Kept getting kicked off unless local. When you call you get a different story every time you talk to different people which leads me to think employees aren't well trained.

  got my hopes up only to disappoint me and waste my time. i have excellent credit and ive had a stable income and residency or years.. i was looking to borrow less than 10k. was told on day 1 the car i wanted wasnt accepted because of accidents on a carfax, so i found same car with less miles and no accidents but had to wait overnight for dealer to open and send purchase agreement. on day 2 it was denied because of age and mileage!!?? they also have a strict policy about buying cars in state. this is the second loan i tried to get here and i will not be back to try a 3rd time.. the lady that "helped" me was friendly and returned calls/messages promptly saving my review from a 1 star.. if you want to buy an almost brand new car from down the street then maybe give them a call. if youre like me and like to search for good deals no matter where its located, then dont bother wasting your time here. so disappointing

  The staff is amazing! Whether you deal with Kristina, Justin, Janine or Derek you will have a great experience! Very friendly and welcoming! They will help you and answer all your questions with a smile on their faces. Best banking experience I've had.

  I am pretty much in this bank every other day or so, and everyone is always courteous , and friendly. However, today 7/03/2019, there was a new face there, and he was very rude, and snotty acting. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know, just maybe someone should call this to his attention.

  This place has the most horrible management of all time. Back when Derek was in change this was one of friendliest banks around but whoever is in charge now is awful.

  Charge most loan interest up front...more so than a bank...if pay off early ...fines. ..higher interest than bank...just go to bank.. hassle here not worth any tiny benefits they may claim you will get

  Every time I've been in everybody has been so helpful. Usually never have to wait too long. The tellers have always been so helpful!

  Love this place. Best bank I've been to and quick service and as for the staff very nice. Hopefully Gunna keep my business there unless I move state lol.
