Olivia Jade2The woman that I made the account with at this location was super pleasant. Cannot remember her name. But that was months ago, and I just called to ask a question about my account and the woman that I spoke to on the phone was rude. Interrupted me in my sentences and did not listen to what I was saying. I basically got no help, and will go through with making sure my account is closed.

You really gotta improve your communication skills with people. I used to love TD Bank, but this one made me hate it. I only like Mr. Ryan there. I hope he’s having a very nice day.

Michael Burch1Worst bank providing incompetence on a relatively easy job! They have messed up nearly everyone of my accounts. Deposited my money into other people's account. They caused my accounts to be overdrawn. Money missing from my account even though I've not made a transaction and it doesn't show up in my monthly statement. This is why I've taken nearly everything out of this bank. I've been at this bank through four name changes over 40 years. Since it went to TD it's gone downhill. It's a Canadian bank that should have stayed in Canada. I've tried to bank there several times this week. It's impossible. Four cars in front of me in line. Thirty minutes later not even one car has moved. It's really sad when you have to go to another bank to cash a check from your bank. My advice would be to never use TD bank. You'll regret it.... especially this branch.....

Stan Petrovsky1!!!!ATTENTION!!!! DO NOT deposit checks through this ATM machine even if the inside is closed due to the pandemic and drive through has a huge line. At this point there has been 3 checks from my clients that this ATM could not scan properly and in the result took the deposits back out. Second month in the processes of getting my money back for completed services with no clear understanding on when I’ll get my money back to the account. So next time you will decide to use their ATM be ready for your monthly statement to reflect a rise of gross processed receipts but you will be left short after deposit corrections for months. I had a perception that if me or my business will face some deposit/withdraw issue it will be taken cared of, and those FDIC stickers were giving me a piece of mind, unfortunately it’s not the case and I was wrong.

Amanda Brown1Not impressed with this bank thus far! Very long wait times in the drive-thru and at the window! Also very rude customer service from the teller named Jack! Twice we've dealt with him this week and both times, he has made us feel like an inconvenience! Just moved to this bank about a month ago and already considering taking our business elsewhere!

PanchosMom1Not my local branch. I have been banking with TD Bank since it was Commerce Bank. But I guess a customer with longevity doing many different transaction types doesn’t mean anything. Anyhow, I stopped in this branch to request a cashiers check. Teller printed out check for amount I requested from my savings. My check was then taken in to a manager fir them to sign. I waited at least 10-15 minutes before manager signed it. Manager called someone on the phone, for what - who knows. Like money in my account was counterfeit!!. Won’t go to that branch again EVAH again

rosabean001Currently sitting in line, for almost an hour now. I’ve moved once. My entire day is ruined. You need to staff your bank properly, or get employees that can keep up. This is ridiculous.

McDade Gary1I wasted my lunch 1/2 hr waiting for the jerk at the desk. He had someone there and totally ignored me. Didn't even say I'll be a while, I'll be right with you...NOTHING... worst customer service of all area TD banks

Dave Searles2This branch is slow as heck. 7/3 waited on line twice for 20 minutes and the line never moved. This is because murrells inlet closed down for 4 days. Going to try again at 230pm. Might be changing banks.
