  Our experience working with Erica Sanders could not have been better. Twice in the last year we needed short notice pre-approval letters to make an offer on a house. The housing market is insane right now and Carolina Home Mortgage seems to be ahead of the curve. Erica, on two separate occasions, put together a pre-approval letter for us in under 20 minutes, with no prior notice, unreal. Erica and Mary helped us through the entire home buying process, working at an unbelievable speed with almost immediate responses to all questions and requests. There was never a moment where I was worried about the funding for my home. I cant recommend them enough and I can't imagine ever using someone else. Absolutely amazing experience.

  We worked with Shari at Carolina Home Mortgage on multiple occasions in the past 2 years, between refinancing and purchasing new properties. I can't say enough praise about her and the entire CHM team. The rates were competitive, but the customer service was truly what set them apart from others. Shari was always quick to respond to emails/questions/concerns, even outside of business hours. She makes it a point to explain everything so you always know exactly what's happening, pros/cons of decisions, what's next, etc. Shari and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.

  I have used Shari Becker at Carolina Home Mortgage twice now and the service is phenomenal. I shopped around with the traditional online lenders like Rocket and Turbo, and a couple of others. I contacted CHM last and when their numbers came in Shari brought the best deal to the table. CHM is now my first call instead of my last when I need financing.

She was/is extremely patient, kind and talked me off the ledge a few times. Her calming voice and advice kept me grounded during the entire process.   Shari Becker, a very special loan officer, who has helped us in securing our loan for our new home in North Carolina. In the beginning, I thought to get mortgage financing will be very hassle but turn out Shari has guide me every steps and tell me what to do by going over everything until I understand every part of the loan process clearly.   I worked with Erica Sanders, and she was great! I had a bit of a stupid issue with a different lender having nothing to do with my finances. I decided I needed a different broker and called Erica, and on a weekend she quickly got me approved at a better rate and worked hard to get my file cleared to close on a house as fast as possible. I was so impressed with her, and would recommend her to anyone who asks. I’m this market and always, buyers need knowledgeable experienced advocates. Erica was just that, and I can’t thank her enough.

  I cannot say enough awesome things about Shari Becker! Even amid this crazy housing market, she still managed to make my husband and I feel like we were her only client, even though I know she had many. As first time buyers, we had many questions and Shari was always more than willing to answer all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Shari was always so personable, friendly, and professional. It's hard to find people like Shari who genuinely cares.
