  I had begun the refinance process with another company prior to calling Jason Rogers. When the other company couldn’t schedule an appraisal and kept dragging their feet I called Jason. This kept me in limbo for several months. What a difference it was. Jason immediately got my paperwork rolling, walked me through the application process, kept me posted on the process plus if I needed anything additional he would let me know immediately instead of waiting and getting around to it so my process would keep moving. Jason was extremely professional, efficient kept me informed through out the process. I was extremely happy with and grateful for the hard work and speedy processing of my loan. I highly recommend Jason Rogers and Carolina Farm Credit!

  There is no better person to help with a construction loan, or a mortgage of any kind. Jason Rogers was always straight forward and honest even when that wasn't in his best interest. Not only is he professional and courteous he is very attentive. He never ignored my emails or phone calls. I always received a call or email back answering my questions or concerns. If there is anyone who deserves your business its Jason Rogers at Carolina Farm Credit.

  Communication, transparency, and attentiveness! 3 things that matters most to me in processional business. And Jason at Franklin branch was all three of these. Available for questions night and day at any point in time. Always had the right answers to our questions. The entire loan process was straight forward and easy going. Smoothest process I've ever been involved in. Being able to Electronically submit documents was very easy and time saving. If I could find 1 critique it would be for CFC to revamp their portal so you can see what documents you’ve submitted. Besides that A+. Have already recommend CFC to 2 friends!

  Jason is absolutely AMAZING! Not only did we close on our first home with him, but it was a construction loan as well. We had a lot of questions and he was always able to give us an answer every time. He was very honest and straightforward during the entire process. He was available to help us outside of his typical office hours, and maintained great communication with our builders and attorney. No matter if this is your first home or last, Jason will do his very best to make sure the process is stress free, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Jason Rogers was recommended to us by a builder we met with when we were first looking into constructing a new home. While we didn’t end up choosing that builder, we decided to stick with Jason throughout the entire process: preparation, pre-qualification and pre-approval, design and budget, closing, and finally construction - which spanned about 18 months. He was helpful, courteous, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile if we needed advice or clarification. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason, and Carolina Farm Credit.

  Jason was wonderful to work with. I had a horrible time with the company that was building my home, he was right there to help through all of it. He went above and beyond what he should of had to. He made the process alot easier. He stood by me for almost two years it took them to finish. He made a bad situation a little bit better.
