  It’s about time that I explain the multiple experiences I had with this office. Everyone I speak to treats with with dignity and respect. This is the office that has the home town vibe. I had a an experience a while back that was so stressful . I will never forget Carlos himself went to my home and made sure everything was being done. That’s when I knew this office knows how to keep a customers business. I wish I remembered the names of everyone I spoke to on the phone when I have questions, or just to pay a bill. One name does stand out to me Debbie. She is a sweetheart , takes the time to ensure your concern is addressed and speaks to you as if you were friends for decades. I won’t go anywhere where else for my insurance needs I found my needle in a haystack.

  Terrible customer service. I needed to switch my insurance to non owners insurance. Apparently only 1 person in office can process but she never returns phone calls I've been calling for past month roughly...almost 6 plus different occasions. The other agents in office said she will return phone call but no return call EVER. Once I finally got her on phone took less than 90 seconds to supposedly fix, but low and behold she messed it up again. Carlos Duran duran office is terrible....avoid at all cost unless you like feeling like an unvalued and unappreciated customer. Sad service. Staying with state farm but switching agents.

  I worked with Deborah Kloss to set up my first-time renter's insurance policy. She walked me through all my options, answered any questions I had thoroughly and was quick in her responses. She made suggestions on which policy she felt would work for me best and went out of her way to draft several different options for me. Debbie is an excellent agent to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Insurance isn't a fun topic but State Farm has been an excellent company to work with.

  My state farm is absolutely incredible. My car was damaged by a hit and run and the process of getting it fixed has been as easy and pain-free as possible. Our agent was so upbeat and got everything lined up to take my car in within a couple of hours--I think I was slower than the insurance company was! It made me so grateful for our agent and insurance company. They are the best. Thank you again Stephanie!

  I’ve worked with This office since 2006. I can say that This office is really so wonderful. The office staff is always so helpful. I have auto pay each month. When for some reason my payment is not received they Call Me with a heads up so I don’t miss a payment. I love this office. I’ve been a patron with State Farm for many years-in other states and other locations. I’ve not had personal service like this! Try them out.They really are like a good neighbor, their office is walking distance from my house!

  As homeowners we know that a good home insurance coverage is essential for our peace of mind. and Finding Carlos Duran was the best! he is Very kind and friendly, he took his time and personally answered all of our questions and concerns in regards of our home coverage. Explaining all the details and focusing on our needs, he customized the best coverage at a good rate, also saved us a lot of money bundling our car, home and life insurance together with a great coverage. My wife and I are very happy to have an insurance agent who we can trust that will always take care of us, making us feel very valuable as clients, we also appreciate the excellent customer service we always receive from him and his staff, they are always attentive to our needs.   Five stars for Deb Kloss!! Love love love her. I have never had someone so helpful at an insurance company. She is always so pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions or resolve an issue. So easy to talk to and I feel like I’ve known her forever.   I have been a customer with State Farm since 2007. I have always had great customer service experience. I am treated as a family member, not as a client or a number, which is why I'm staying with them for life.   Was looking for new car insurance, but couldn’t get a quote online from State Farm. I submitted my information and specified that I wanted email communications, but I received a phone call. The guy kept calling back asking one question and then hanging up with me. He said he’d call me back in 5 minutes with a quote, and never did. I didn’t bother calling him because it was obvious there was no point. Today I get an email from State Farm saying “review your quote”, go to look at the quote and it’s still not done three days later
