  Disappointed! Interest went down by a couple of points and so did my monthly payment BUT my total payoff increased 1,000. Never again!!! Waste! Received a response as you can see and never heard from anyone like they said they'd reach out! Refinancing with them was nothing more than getting a quick commission check for themselves.

  Horrible experience. Credit Karma recommended this to refinance my vehicle. I am not a subprime customer, my credit is 800+ waste of my time applied on credit karma went through the whole process I've got a message we do not have an offer at this time 🤬

  I was deep into the process of refinancing my auto loan through MotoRefi. I was told that I didn’t have to do anything and they would handle everything in terms of switching over and dealing with my previous lender. That was not the case as I got emails from multiple (random) people from the company that I have never spoken with about how I need to contact my lender and get the title. This was all AFTER they did a hard inquiry on my credit and told me they would handle it. The person I was dealing with was helping and knowledgeable as this is the first time I dealt with refinancing and explained a lot. Just didn”t follow through with their supposed “easy” process. Don’t refinance through them if you want a stress free experience.

  I found out about Caribou through credit karma. I was hesitant to give my info through text and phone calls but it was really that easy! Mark was great with answering my questions and was always there with a quick response!

  I had a great experience going through Tony to refi our auto loan. Super knowledgeable and friendly and helped every step of the way! Pleasure to talk to on the phone and very understanding of me having a hard time trying to talk on the phone with the baby at times! Yet he always was there as soon as I got a chance. Highly recommend Tony to help you out

  We recently refinanced our car loan with MotoRefi and Daniel Schoonmaker was the agent we worked with. Daniel was amazing from start to finish! He explained all the necessary steps needed to have a flawless refinance, and at times held my hand until I totally understood what he was saying. It didn’t matter how often I called with questions; he was always polite. He showed remarkable professionalism. Not only did he help us to save money on our refinance, he explained how I should have received money back on a different car we had sold. We had an extended warranty that owed us money back. I followed Daniel’s lead and was thrilled to find out I had a nice refund due to me. Daniel was just wonderful to work with.
