  I want to share my story, but I’m gonna try to make it short. We bought a vehicle last fall, Rhonda sold me our vehicle. Bounce ahead a few months, I had a near fatal accident, my tire blew, caused my vehicle to veer a hard left into a diversion ditch, flipped my vehicle, due to our dirt roads and the hazards that come with it. I called Rhonda to ask her something and I told her what happened, she was empathetic and listened, as a friend. She had me come in and a week later I’m in another vehicle. She truly worked with me and my family. I would recommend working with Rhonda, at Carhop. She really cares. At least with me. She really reached out. Went above and beyond. Thank you, Rhonda and staff.

  Will not recommend it. I just got the car at the end of March and have already had to put over $300 worth of work into it. Some of the work should have been honored by the warranty but was not. When I tried to get someone to help me broken down on the side of the road with my children they told me to drive it to the nearest shop. I tried informing them the tire had black smoke coming out and it was not safe to drive with my children and was told oh well you still have to drive it to the shop.. While miguel and sheena are professional, I can not say the same for the rest of the car hop customer service agents.

  i had a lovely time. Rhonda was a great saleslady. i haven't had a car in four years, i definitely didn't think i could get approved. sure enough Rhonda worked her magic, i walked out keys in hand.

  If I could put zero it would be zero stars, I've had such a horrible experience with this company. They sold me a vehicle that broke down with in one month of owning it, the brakes went out after two weeks, they were supposed to fix my back latch within 7 days of purchasing and they never did, even though I went to the shop they sent me to never heard a word back about it. Customer service has been terrible with all the issues I've experienced I would think they would want to help save the business that I brought them. No one was willing to help me, of course they wanted the payment for a car that didn't run. So angry with this company. Save your self the trouble and try a reputable company.

  Rhonda was the most amazing boss sauce reaL deal she worked with my ma all day to help her find A VERY NICE SUV!!! Ask for Rhonda thank you so much for getting my ma what she really LOVES and I know it was a long day but you didn't give up till you knew that's what she really wanted!!!!!   Fake customer service. Good cars, but they break down fast. After 1 week I replaced the starter and had front axle fixed. They sent me home without even a quarter tank of gas an no coolant, so it over heated twice on the way home. Also a run down tire that blew after 2 weeks. Bluebook value on the car was 1500, they sold it to me for 8500. Their idea of a late fee was twice the payment. I paid the 320 and got a call 2 weeks later that I was still late. Without warning i got my car towed. When i called to ask about it they played dumb. The guy who towed it told me I had 10 seconds to get everything out of my car after I ran outside begging to get my stuff. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Had this car for 2 months and put in almost 3000 dollars. Only 500 was on payments. The refused to reimburse me for a dime. But I knew what I was signing up for. Always remember the motto "taking advantage of desperate people"

  When you lose your car and your world is turned upside down, you have to scramble. I never thought I'd walk out with a car I loved. Rhonda at carhop made sure that I got something I loved and something I could afford on the very same day. She made a difference in my family's life. Definitely recommend not only this place but Rhonda for sure. Give that lady a raise! She definitely earned it with me.

  Worst experience ever in getting a car. They sold me a car with holes in the floorboard of the car and they guy who fixed them had to spend days just trying to get paid. Then the starter went out and the power steering is leaking. This car is a money pit. They want to say that they help people. Maybe help them into more debt than what they had. I should of just been smart and went to auto now where at least I would of got a car that would not have been such a money pit or moving violation. I didn't even get a choice in the car they just brought it up and said that this is the car they had for my budget but if I'm paying 326 total a month you would think that you could get something that was not going to be such a money pit and be able to get you to work and be safe. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one and encourage them to go somewhere else to do their business.
