  I worked with Laurie on a refinance. The absolute best banking experience to date. Great communication, knowledge and customer service. I felt like I was her only customer. I know I wasn't, but she made great effort to make me feel that way. When we ran into a setback, Laurie proactively found and proposed a solid and mutually beneficial solution. She simplified what is normally a pretty complicated process. Overall, excellent experience! Would work with her again and would recommend to friends and family looking for a similar service.   Laurie Jarvenpaa was absolutely phenomenal with helping us get everything in order for our VA loan, we were even able to close a week early! She was always there whenever we had any questions about anything at all, and was able to explain in detail all of the different documents we needed. I know for a fact we would not have been able to sail through the buying process so smoothly without her! I will recommend her to anyone I hear of that is looking for a lender!
