  We enjoy using Capstone for our Title and Settlement services for several reasons. Customer service is top notch. We never have to worry if they are going to get back to us with the information that we need. They are willing to go the extra mile. Also have attorneys backing what they do is extremely helpful as different questions arise. We highly recommend them whether buying a new home or doing a refi!

  LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR TITLE SERVICES. Recently used capstone land transfer for a purchase. Received multiple “estimates” of the fees the company would be charging us for using their title company. EVERY SINGLE TIME, got a quote that was more money than before…even up to 2 days prior to closing which should have been known and included in the prior quotes. I tried to address the issue with Brian, their president, and was told essentially that estimates are estimates, even tho they should have some degree of accuracy and the increases should have been presented earlier. So choice was to close and eat these several hundred more in costs, or don’t close and maybe lose the purchase. Very unhappy with Brian specifically and their entire organization. When I asked Brian to provide some sort of consideration he flat out said no. And here we are. Customer service is lacking, professionalism is lacking and most of all quality of work I believe is not sufficient for the fees they charge.

  I have used Capstone Land Transfer both professionally and personally, and frankly there is not a better title company in all of Central Pennsylvania. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and diligent. They leave no stone unturned, all the while they are keeping their clients informed and educated about the process. I wouldn't think of using anyone else for my settlement and title needs! They're the best!

  Capstone Land Transfer, LLC was incredibly easy to work with! We used their services for both our initial home purchase as well as our recent refinance. They took the stress out of our closing process through their professionalism, excellent responsiveness, and quality of services! Any questions we had, they addressed. Their process is streamlined and therefore, went very quickly!   There simply is not another company in Central PA with the level of knowledge, experience, response time, and diversity of services. Throughout the 45 days until settlement day, if questions or concerns arise throughout the process, I can always count on a quick and speedy response to my email or phone call, no matter with whom I am dealing with at Capstone involved in my current transaction. Getting answers to my questions quickly gives me complete peace of mind and allows me to move on to the next task. Settlement day was handled professionally and efficiently while being the celebratory occasion it was.

  My buyers were very pleased with their closing experience, as was I. Capstone efficiently goes through the docs, answers questions, and completes the transaction in good time.
