  It was a great experience. I didnt get what I wanted because of my credit. But they got me damn close and I respect them for taking the time to do so. By the way, we cant always get what we want anyway!!!!!! Lol

  I've had several loans with this company and they have always been very respectful and transparent in their business practices. My only real complaint is that they only report to TransUnion so everything you do with them reports to a credit score that you can't use to much now days. That being said if you need a loan and your credit isn't exemplary they are willing to work with most people and have affordable payments I usually pay my accounts early.

  I have had an open loan with them for years now it has help build my credit tremendously and its like money in the bank when I need some extra cash . Stephanie and her crew are the best in the business, just by the sound of my voice they know it is me and that is like family. I recommend capstone to everyone I talk too who need's help and they are super nice and customer service 5 stars is not enough. thank you for all you have done for me. As far as the negative reviews if you pay your bills you wont get phone calls it is that simple.

  Very nice ladies and the manager answered all my questions and informed me on how to build my credit. If you are just starting credit like me go see Stephanie she will help you out. I think she is the manager. I have went to several loan companies and by far she is the most knowledgeable on credit. Tell her I sent you there. Thank you again 😊

  I see why they have no business. They need to be reported to the BBB for false advertising. They claim to loan not by your credit but said I was in bankruptcy and I had not even declared bankruptcy since 1990 and it is 2018. The lady claimed like the reason I was denied was because I was currently in a bankruptcy and I am not reason for them denying my loan.

  They run a fair and honest business they will however flood your mailbox with renewal offers and god forbid you pay late or get behind altogether because they will call everyone on your reference sheet even after they have made contact with you if you get a loan through them and pay on time everything works out alright

  I lost my job and I made them aware of this and I had no money to pay them... They were not sympathetic at all and just told me to borrow money from somebody strike one..... Once I started back working I told them I'm gone get my bills caught up which is more important than a damn loan company they proceeds to call me and my aunt constantly strike two and then sent a letter to my job to give to me even though I already discussed with them what's going on vputting them in my business strike 3... Once I get them paid off and I'm trying to hurry up and do it will NEVER do business with them again!!

  Omg!!!....all of the ladies are awesome&very friendly...they make u feel like old friends...they helped me in my time of need when no one else would capstone took a chance on me&i am sooo grateful&i will not let them regret it...i advise anyone looking for a great place to go to rebuild your credit or start credit they get 21 stars from me...so hats off to capstone...from sherry sanford.

  This is the absolute worst place to get a loan through.. Just bc u know a mutual friend/family doesn't give management(stephanie) the right to discuss my loan with them, especially if they aren't on the loan and are not on my reference page.. It's against the law.. IF U NEEF A LOAN GO TO QUICK LOANS ON SHALLOWFORD RD AND ASK FOR ASHELY
