  I have been banking at this bank for over 5 years and I love the level of education they give to customers. Customers are given reminders of why it is a good idea to bank with Capitol Federal. I enjoy banking with them and aside from Enterprise Bank and Trust, I have no other banks that I would rather bank at.

  I've been coming here for Years! Never had an issue. Always Friendly service! The Kid Manager with the Southern accent is adorable and on top of His game! He's the BEST ❤

  Never have an issue when I need to go to the bank in & out. Since I’m a contractor time is money it’s close to my house, I cash/deposit quick and withdraw easily.

  I was really unimpressed by their service. When I didn't have an id on me they just stood there staring at me. I have never had this issue at any other branch. She was really sarcastic and rude as I asked for my items back to go to another branch where I had zero issues.
