  It's obviously nice that it has ATM machines when you need to use one, but having no Bank Teller's makes things difficult at times. Got to travel further to get to a Capital One Bank that has them there. Luckily I don't have to see them that often. Lol. 🙂

  Why even have this bank there? When they had actual tellers it was semi functional, often terrible but functional. Now without tellers there is no reason to employ anyone there. Don't get me started on the vestibule containing the ATMs that rarely work, it smells like urine and usually homeless people are camped out in there. They need to employ a security guard like Chase Bank down the street and get tellers in there again at least part of the week. You can't do everything online and the next closest Capital one isn't exactly convenient since all of upper Manhattan and parts of the Bronx rely on the one on 180th. Get it together please.

  Staff is very kind and friendly. BUT Capitol One, half the time this bank is not functioning. It has been over a month and the ATMS are still not consistently working.

  So tired of this place. They have no tellers so you cant deposit cash or coins. They dont open rill 9am on weekdays. They have 5 atms but 2 of them are in the branch so useless since they dont open till 9am. Currently, at 8:44 am on a Fri 2 of the 3 atms dont have cash. This branch is useless. Im only here becuase they bought my last bank. Im looking elsewhre

  While folks in select service center don't handle items in the traditional sense, people are banking in different ways these days & we’re making sure our customers know we’re here for them wherever they may be.   By far the fastest, most friendly service I've received in years. The relationship banker, Bryan M, was friendly, patient and overall very helpful. It's my first time at a Capital One bank in NYC and I'm pleased. Thank you guys for showing me time and time again why I've chosen the best bank to do business with.

  I went to this branch today and all the outside ATM’s are out of order.... no one is working there! So you can’t use the inside ATM’s this is the worst capital one branch ever! No wonder why some people are so upset about this place.

  Nice tellers but what I like most is that the ATM is inside the branch which makes you feel safe to withdrawing or depositing money without anyone lurking around you.

  Is absolutely fantastic to a Capital one bank ATM nearby I frequently used to make deposits and widrawls pardon my spelling ,but anyway if go there oftentimes orbbto any bank choose capital one service is great

  Everyone is very nice. Sadly, they're closing the teller area. Soon, only bankers and ATMs will be available.
