Gloria Hoppe1Their idea of customer service leaves much to be desired. In line now 13 minutes for drive thru and still 2 cars ahead of me. Fees going in effect to deal with a teller seem ridiculous. Bank associates seem to randomly apply rules because they are not consistent visit to visit. I dread having to come to the bank.

bebe lu1OMG this place is horrible. I had the worse experience that I ever had at any bank. I am still shocked and I believe it is just this location. I'm from Rockville and I have never experience such lack of customer service at a bank there. I've also been to the gaithersburg location many times and it is absolutely a breeze going to both of those locations. I actually bragged to my friend about this bank recently then they told me they had to go through fingerprinting and had to pay a fee to cash a check that was less then 1k. I couldn't believe what I was hearing because before I opened an account there I would visit the gaithersburg location and my experience was pleasant, the tellers would encourage me to open an account with them but the process to cash a check never felt absurd. So I decided to go to this location today for the first time, was asked to scan my ID which expired and wouldn't work. The teller just looked at me like "there is nothing I can do for you". I can't imagine having obvious credentials and being an account holder getting treated that way then he asked me to use my checking card and to enter the pin. All these are steps I never had to do at the other locations , they would physically look at my ID and look up my account from there I didn't need to know the pin or enter or scan anything. Such disgusting behavior so if my license is expired I can't make deposits on my account. I usually would be out of there in a few minutes but today I was there longer I actually was so di that I wanted to leave immediately without properly putting my funds in my wallet that is how uncomfortable I was I left out of there in a rush. I found my valid license and overall could not wait to be done so I could leave that horrible location. Next time I am going to the Rockville /Gaithersburg location but I will start looking for a better bank in this area and close my account with them. I can't imagine getting treated like that. It's unfortunate but I will no longer even try to brag about banking with them. Very sad and dissapointed.

Rachel Garcia5This branch is the best! They are always fast, nice, and friendly. They ask if you are on your break, and really do try to make sure you are in and out quickly. The staff is just awesome! Hands down, best branch!
