Polisario Vencerá1The worst customer service ever! I went there to resolve an issue, but a lady called ANA encouraged me to close my account and leave for ever because of her , she treated me as an criminal!! She put me in a room she did not introduce her self, she didn't have any badge she was wearing jeans that showing her stomach. she didn't take a seat to talk. Kept standing and asking me questions as if I was in a police station, when Iasked her who she was ? She said I am not responding until you answer me 😳🙂 so , I decided to take my business somewhere else

Ghulam Sadiq - Ali1I wish if I can give ZERO for this location. This was a nice location before few years ago. But now specially NO MANAGER. Today I went to this branch and on the counter Teller Jay was so rude and unprofessional and when I ask him wants to talk the Manager he said I am the manager. Then after arguing he said there is a manager in the cabin let me talk to him and then you can talk to him. And that one also Hispanic guy. He went in side and talk to him something and came out saying that he is in the meeting right now and come back after 30 minutes. I use to go this branch since last more than 12 years but I have never seen such a rude staff that they have now.

Linda Velasquez1I went to this location for the first time and one specific young Hispanic female working as a teller made it one of the worst experiences I've ever had. She was very unprofessional, zero customer service skills. It was unbelievable that she was holding a lengthy and very personal conversation with a customer at her window. When I mentioned that customers are waiting she made faces and became combative. Don't know why this person was hired to represent the excellent service Capital One is known for. Thankfully another teller working on the floor intervened and provided me with as assistance.
Response from the ownerHey Linda - This isn't at all the experience we like to hear about, and we've passed your feedback along to our leadership team for review. Thanks for looping us in here. ^JG

Voarde1I've literally never given a review like this in my whole life, I'm extremely laid back and nothing bothers me - but today I felt compelled to speak out when I got home. On 8/25/2020 I had the worst banking experience of my life at this 6226 Greenbelt Road - Beltway Plaza location. I went into the establishment, saw about 6 people in line so decided to just go through the drive-through teller instead (for social distancing purposes). What proceeded to follow was a 50 minute wait to deposit a single check. Upon the first conversation I was told there were only 3 people ahead of me and it wouldn't be long, but after I paged them 35 minutes into my wait and told them I needed to leave, they assured me I was next and should wait. I'm a very patient person, but it was clear at that point that they didn't like the fact that I had paged them again (I could tell by the tone), and everything was delayed further. I had my toddler falling asleep in the car that needed to be home for a nap and I had work to get back to. The entire rest of the time I contemplated going back inside the bank, because my ID and check were somewhere in limbo - and I really needed to leave. They didn't even answer my next page. The thought of having to figure it out inside - while also having my baby falling asleep made it a no-go. Finally they answered a call, a new person picked up and my deposit slip and ID were instantly sent back to me. Not a coincidence on that timing, I was being blatantly ignored by the end. I literally became a hostage to the fact that they had all of my documentation mentioned above, and yet I couldn't go anywhere. Yes I understand I could have done easier forms of deposits, or even waited in line again - but at that point I had already sent my ID and check in the tube, my 40 minute follow-up calls were ignored, and I couldn't even go back inside as I explained. So I'm now contemplating closing that bank account entirely and taking business elsewhere, even when primarily just doing online interactions, that's how frustrated I am. I've been a customer for almost 20 years (even pre-Capital One, before Chevy Chase bank was bought out by them), and I've never had an experience as dreadful as this. So there you have it folks, a 50 minute check deposit. But it's not actually the company's fault here, it's this specific location. I urge you having just experienced this - if you're a Capital One member I'd recommend going elsewhere like the other Capital One just a mile or 2 down the road. I'll never visit this establishment again.
Response from the ownerThis is certainly never the experience we strive for and understand your time is valuable. Rest assured - we've documented this post to ensure it's seen by the right eyes.^AS

Willy Njeh1I have been with the bank as customer for 10 years, and worked for the same company for two years. When visiting this branche in Beltway Plaza in Greenbelt, I was verbally maltreated by a lady who came from the teller line, aparently she was a teller trying to help the platform. She was very rude and unworthy to work in a bank. She even pragged saying, do you want my card which I think she did not have? And the other bankers, except the lead teller tried to calm me down by using the customer service skills I know. Altough I saw my usual notary who always help me, she told me in front of other customers that I can leave, because there is no notary. This is the first review I have ever made in my life, and I will say that this was the worst customer service experience I've had in my life and do not encourage any other customers to visit this branch.
Response from the ownerWe are sorry to hear this happened and sincerely apologize for the experience you had Willy. We would like to speak with you directly about your experience. Please feel free to give us a call, Customer Service Bankers are available Sun-Sat 8am -11pm EST (holidays not included). This feedback will also be shared with our branch leaders.

Dawn Hodose1This is the worst branch ever. Every single time I come here, the bank is closed to business & they tell everyone to go to the drive thru. Not all banking transactions can be done that way. Just close this branch down.
