      Not so long ago there were three Capital One banks in Massapequa staffed by professional bank employees. I received a letter this week informing me that the LAST Capital One in Massapequa will also be closing by the end of April 2022. I’m extremely disappointed that NorthFork bank merged with this second rate organization several years back and now we no longer have a quality bank in Massapequa.

      Very bad experience. I came on Tuesday, November 23rd of 2021 to open up a bank account and a female accountant basically refused to help me make one and kept telling me I have the option to make it online (which I have never heard of, I always go In person to open up a bank account for a debit card) after I said I don’t want to make it online. Very much unprofessional, the lady most likely didn’t even know how to make one that’s why she probably kept forcing me to make one online.

      You closed all your drive through windows. As someone who had to have knee replacement surgery, it was an ordeal for me to walk into your bank. Do you discriminate against handicapped people?

      On October 24 I put 580 cash in my checking account via the ATM it ate my money and I immediately called the number in the machine and filed a claim . The bank credited my account and last night I came home to a letter from capital one stating the claim was denied . REALLY ??? I knew that night that I should of called the police ! Someone at this bank is stealing . DO NOT USE THIS BANK !!! I am sitting here on my day off fighting with them and conveniently the bank manager is on vacation . I will now take my business and money elsewhere !!!!

      Horrible service. I went to deposit check, and I tell her to deposit to my personal accnt. And she deposited to business accnt.

      Impossible to contact this branch by phone, no one picks up! Very poor customer service. Time to switch banks!
