  When is this location going to reopen. It was convenient because all other locations needs a trip with the train to get there. HELP

  I have been a member of Capital One since I was about 13 years old and my parents first took me to open up a checking and savings account. I went to this branch on Monday afternoon to get a new debit card since I had lost mine recently. Because the account was opened out of state, they were unable to give me a temporary card. I did not realize that I would not have access to my money for 5-7 days (other than going to a full service branch and having them give me cash) Since they are not a full service branch, I could not ask them to do this for me. Two of the lovely women working there helped me out without hesitation. When I tell you how beautiful and amazing this moment was, I mean it whole heartedly. One of the ladies lent me her unlimited metro card so that I could take the train to the 125th street branch, get cash out to last me the week, all before making it in time for work. I am forever grateful to this Capital One team on 145th street, and their complete willingness to help. I highly recommend this branch to any Capital One clients because they truly make it a point to care about your needs. Thank you all for your help!

  It was almost closing time, when I went in thinking I needed to open an account in order to deposit a check that I couldn't do with CapitalOne 360 app. I left in less than 15 mins, issue resolved, and no unnecessary accounts opened that day. The young woman who served me was cordial and down to earth. Being so close to closing time, I didn't feel rushed, like I was inconveniencing anyone. I will enjoy doing more business at this location!

  Im giving 3 stars because even though this branch doesnt even have a teller, you can still pay your credit card Bill's via their ATM machines. Surprisingly not all capital one bank ATMs allow you to pay your credit card via the supposedly convenient ATMs

  Way better than the one on 125th.. the staff are very pleasant and engaging making sure your being attended and they also speak Spanish. I sat around the 125th street and 8th avenue branch for over a hour before someone even asked me if needed any help.. and even then they took another 45 min to come back after asking.. could have been longer but I only waited 45 min before I decided to no longer wait. Just for a replacement debit card.
