  This place is open! You can use services both inside and outside(through a drive through). Great capital one. Has a parking lot. I waited... , but was helped right away when seen. I needed a notary & it went smoothly. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

  Be aware of additional fees that other banks do not charge! Consider using another bank. I recently ordered a bank check at this branch. In all my other experiences at other banks, banks usually waive the fee for bank checks or do not have a fee at all. This is a kind gesture and good customer service. I was surprised that this bank did not do so. What made matters worse? The branch teller told me to call customer service to wave the fee. When I called customer service, they said that the branch teller and manager are the only people who have the power to waive this fee. I wish they were more straightforward with me. I will be looking elsewhere to do my banking.

  Horrible service If the other branch is not closed, I would never come here. There was a line for 3 people. But male teller was chatting to the customer for more than 15 minutes like no one else is waiting. All they were talking about is something personal.

  I recently opened up a business checking and savings account here. While the representative was friendly, he was pushing for me to sign up for their Spark business credit card. OK, I understand, that's his job - he's supposed to ask. He asked me twice and I declined twice. A week later I received a letter saying "Congratulations! Your new credit card will be coming soon!" So the bank rep who is my "personal relationship banker" signed me up for a credit card which I didn't want. Not only is my credit score affected, but there goes any level of trust I have with this banker. But that's not all. This same banker also signed me up to purchase a large amount of checks which I had also declined (Cost to me ~$180). My frustrations are not limited to this one banker - on top of that, when I had tried to deposit a check with their ATM, the ATM had a glitch in it and didn't accept it. So I went to Citibank right afterwards and the check was accepted. While they have nice interest rates on certain accounts, this clearly does not come without cost. I guess there's no such thing as a free lunch. I would recommend that you bank elsewhere!

  I am here at 3pm. 1 TELLER WORKING. ONE. i have been standing on line for 12 min and still have 2 people ahead of me. who runs a business like this???

  I would give minus 5 stars if they provided the choice. My daughter has been waiting 4 months for capital one to investigate a fraudulent check. Andrew Sherry from capital one wrote in an email that the 90 days allowed for investigation would be up on 1/11/2020. He has not responded to emails since 1/3/2020.

  Excellent staff. Wonderful manager, Daniel Perez, excellent Assistant Angel. Always greet customers with a hello and warm handshake. Coffee is offered. Very warm, friendly, caring personnel. It feels like a home in which you are welcomed.

  WORST customer service ever! All the branches are closing. When I need to speak to someone I get transferred 15 times and sit on hold for almost an hour for the smallest tasks. After 15 years of banking here, I am done with this bank.

  DO NOT BANK HERE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE AND NASTY EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE NOW. BANK WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY WHEN I WALKED IN. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE. ONLY FOUR EMPLOYEES SITTING AROUND CHATTING. I ASKED FOR ACCESS TO MY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX AND I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT. I EXPLAINED THAT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS NEW RULE AND THAT I JUST DROVE ALL THE WAY IN FROM MANHATTAN TO GET SOMETHING QUICKLY. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT ENTER TODAY AND THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. NO OTHER BANKS HAVE THESE RULES EVEN DURING COVID. EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO HELP AND JUST WANT TO STAND AROUND AND TALK. ID BE UNDERSTANDING IF THE BANK WAS BUSY BUT THIS WASN'T THE CASE. IVE BEEN BANKING AT THIS LOCATION FOR 15 YEARS PLUS AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE HERE HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN SINCE ALL THE OLD EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. DO NOT BANK HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION. AGAIN THE BANK WAS EMPTY THE VAULT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY WITH THE LIGHTS WERE OFF AND SOMEONE COULD HAVE EASILY LET ME IN FOR 2 MINUTES.
