  If I can give zero stars I would. Capital one bank is fine, this branch is horrible though. Stay away. Wasted over an hour at the teller for a 5 minute transaction. Was minutes away from closing my account.

  By far the worst bank. The drive up ATM’s are more of an inconvenience then helpful, they are usually not working in some capacity. I’ve have my card get stuck and sucked back into the machine. I’ve had money get stuck in the dispenser and get sucked back in. It doesn’t read certain checks that are computer generated. The service is as slow as molasses god forbid you need to go to a teller inside. I dread it when I have to deposit or withdraw any money. It’s gotten to the point that I will drive 15 minutes into Plainview to do transactions because there equipment always works and takes all my checks. Oh, by the way the bank closes at 12:00 on a Saturday. That’s better than “bankers hours” HORRIBLE.

  Bank is extremely understaffed 20$ was taken from whatbi deposited as i heard one of their droors was short 40$ was only tsken out after i keft the bank to which they say they "miscounted" there also shouldnt be a line out the door for the inside was there for an hour snd 15 just to deposit into my savings with only one teller for most of it

  I'm disabled and walk with two canes with great difficulty. All of the Capital One branches did away with their drive up windows making it very difficult for me to do my banking now. Don't trust ATM's. Will have to be looking for another bank that has a drive up window so that I don't have to get out of car.

  One of the worst banks ever. ATM machines never working always have to drive to another capital one it’s annoying cause they closed more then half of them around here.

  I used to love Capital One but over the last few years their customer service and accessibility went down hill. I couldn't even close my accounts at any branch. Everything HAS TO be done over the phone which is A NIGHTMARE!!! I had an incredibly challenging experience every time.

  Absolutley the worst ATM experience I've had. On to occasion's both ATM were out of money and was unable to make my transaction. This last time not only was I unable to get money but the machine ate my card. This happened Christmas Eve when I need it Needed my ATM debit card to go out and buy some last minute Christmas gifts. When I called the bank they absolutely had no idea why the ATM took my card and did not care that I had no access to my money until Tuesday which is 2 business days from now. I strongly suggest anybody that uses ATM/debit cards not to use capital one as their bank. They offer no help! A very dissatisfied customer.

  This definitely isn't the vibe we're going for & we'd hate for you to think we don't care. Access is key, especially around the holidays & we want to make sure you have it ASAP. Stopping by a branch is the fastest way to go for getting a card on a branch acct, as we can get you some temporary plastic right away while we mail out the permanent replacement. ^NW

  They close my account without any reason and they didn’t cash out my check!!

  Will never use their drive up atm again. I deposited a a significant amount of money in the atm. The machine just kept loading and then spit my card back. I then checked my account and the money wasn’t deposited. I went inside with my young son in tow. Spoke to the teller and he told me the machine probably jammed. He told me I would have to call and make a claim because an outside company runs their machines. I was told it could take 10 days for the money to be deposited in my account. Also there is no guarantee that they will “find” the money in the machine and if they don’t I will not get that money. This isn’t pennies that I deposited. I am not happy
