  This is one of the best branches of Capital One. The workers are always there trying to welcome you and even though sometimes there is a line but they work very well. I definitely recommend it for anyone can come.

  Honestly I’m SICK of this bank. Always freaking packed with a long line. Closed often for one reason or another, no location near by, WTH was I thinking leaving chase.

  It's always a line to wait about 20-30 minutes only because they have two, maybe three tellers.Capital one Bank stop wasting our time for the money

  When there about to close for the day they don't answer phones I know this because I was the one trying to get information about an account.

  I can see Capital one being first to lock up their doors and your money in modern depression... I’ve encountered serious technical flaws trying to complete an online wire transfer and even getting a cashiers check. I came to bank with debit card entered pin my passport and they say they need to do additional identity verification. They call me and their phone system is flawed and broke doesn’t work... It seemed like they were just trying to find excuses not to give me my money.

  I had 3 business accounts with this bank for 20 years. They had a drive-thru which made banking so easy. They got rid of the drive-thru and closed some branches and the wait times are 45 mins now. I cant waste that much time on line so I closed my accounts and moved to another bank that has 5 minute wait times. Bank leadership is making some poor decisions!

  This is my worst experience ever with any bank Gave one of the worker Ms pink or pinky a subpoena To submit the headquarters to get some info It's has been more than 2 months and she's now tells me she just submitted The documents. Every poor service Will never recommend this bank to any friends or family

  Its a good bank or at least as good as banks are these days,but also very busy. I suggest being there when they open if you can to avoid the crowds.
