  After waiting over 30 minutes in line at the branch it turns out that the teller ill-advised me, prior to depositing the check I asked the teller when the funds would be made available, she told me the following day. Four hours later, I got an email from BoFA stating that funds will be available in 7 days. That's a long stretch from what was initially communicated to me. The representatives are useless and pointless all reading from a script. No one takes into consideration the error they made and the inconvenience and tries to facilitate the customer will a timely solution. Definitely closing this account out. Not even worth a star. Not to mention the fact that no one picks up the phone, the branch is understaffed evidently.

However, some checks can take longer to verify and collect upon from the paying institution. Even if a hold was not triggered at the time of deposit, a hold may still be placed on the check if we are unable to verify the item or if the funds have not been collected after the first business day's nightly processing. This would therefore indicate that more time is required for the funds to go from the paying institution, through the federal Clearing House, and into your account.   Furthermore, I never thought I have to go through a lot of problems with them. Today on December 1st at 2:00 am I check my account turn out that they took majority all of my check which had left me with reminder negative balance. Before that I saw in overdraft into my account I call the customer services about two weeks ago to get it resolved. But, however, the customer service representative didn't help make it better stating I am still responsible for overdraft payment which was impossible because I haven't gone overboard with nothing. Bank of America is not for me anymore, you guys are scammers, disloyal, and you guys definitely not for the community for anybody. For the New Years for 2022 I consider I will no longer will be part of this bank anymore. Please for anyone who have Bank of America right now do yourself a favor, run away!!!!

  No welcome at all. They act like they don’t want to be there. No customer service at all. The tellers are RUDE. There is a young guy, he is the worst one. I am working in Upper Management and don’t like to do that but you will lose business if it stays like that. More training are necessary for them.

  Teller and manager need training. I’ve tried to open a joint checking account, and they were not clear about the documents needed. After a good 45mins of reviewing our information and documents, ended up asking for an additional document that was not specified beforehand. Just wasted our time pure and simple

  Lines always long and they only have one teller. This branch is under terrible management. Do better Bank of America. People should not have to wait 30-40 minutes to get something small done.

  Surprised no other reviews, but Rafaelina was great, very helpful and on top of that polite. I had to get proof of funds (referral letter), she had everything faxed from the headquarters within minutes when other people were telling me it might take days. Great service.

  I believe this bank locked the outdoor card slot on Thanksgiving so patrons can't access the ATMs. I and two other people tried using our cards to open the door to no avail. I don't know why this makes sense. I'm giving this branch one star.

  This is by far the worst BOA I have ever been to. Always takes forever, and no one who works here seems to know what they are doing.
