      Impossible to get anyone on the phone. A branch representative had called me and when I called back I couldn't reach them. I couldn't reach anyone. And I just deposited a fairly large sum at their branch. So for customer service,I'd give it a 2 out of 10.

      Horrible customer service. Gave me a hard time about depositing into my husband’s account. Really?? Needed ID, debit card- unbelievable. It’s a deposit. Get real. Next time will take the trek to Morristown or Union location.

      I love this bank. I am new here and I think Amy is the name of the woman who has helped me each time. She is so nice and she is really good at her job. All of the ladies here are so nice and I notice they are so nice to every person who walks in the door. Banking can be daunting but this place is not.

      The people here are amazing - too bad Capital One is cutting down on their branches... they have very few ATM location... hard to get one closer they are miles and miles apart.
