Richard Borne1Overall I really like Capital One but the location in the French Quarter is horrible. The tellers in general are not the warmest people. Every other location seems to have staff that care about the customer, not in the Quarter. When you need more in depth help, they have you sign in to an iPad and wait. Literally an hour when one customer is in front of you. It is annoying when you hear them socializing and talking about stuff that has nothing to do with banking. The last 3 time I have tried this branch I have left before being called very frustrated. This time I am determined to wait it out. It has been over 1/2 hour and still waiting. But I can tell you about the staff lady and the customers personal life. Very frustrating.

Mario Rossi1To start with this is the worst bank. I switched my account over to them from Regions bank because they swore they are better what a lie. They have lost my money for two weeks once and they had to find it. It was a cash deposit that this branch didn't put through, so I set up direct deposit and I can't get paid on the weekends because they dont put my money into the account until the business day. I will be 100% going back to Regions bank and I open no one ever opens a account with Capital One they dont care about anyone.
