Kelli5I've been apart of this credit union for more than 10 years. I'll never go elsewhere. I have never had an unpleasant experience. I called to ask if I could get multiple NSF charges waived, and it was so simple and handled so well that I was left in shock. I cannot recommend this credit union enough. I wish I had caught the man's name who helped me, but he was a delight. Happy customer here.

Tracy Gallinghouse5I have been a member of the Xplore Federal Credit Union for more than 20 years. I always get personalized service and everyone treats me very well. The service is always personalized. At other banks I always felt I was part of the crowd - not so at Xplore FCU.

Mary Schell5The staff at Xplore FCU are always friendly, experienced, and efficient. Many of them know their customers by name and I like that. People who don’t bank at a credit union may not know this but most credit unions are part of a shared branch group. That means I can make deposits or withdrawals at the nearest shared branch wherever I am across the nation. And locally, there is no Xplore on the Westbank but that’s not been a problem. With the shared branch idea, I can use any of the several other credit unions on the Westbank to do business with Xplore. Try a credit union.

Avanda Lewis1I received your email on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, asking that I wait until Thursday, December 5, 2019. I notified Xplore FCU of me not receiving my "new debit card" that was order between November 15th and 18th 2019. It has been 12 business days depending on the Member Service Representative that I have spoken to on several occasions. As a customer of Xplore Federal Credit Union I believe I have been in compliance with your request of asking me to wait on "my debit card" since you are not in charge of the U.S. Postal Service as you stated in your email that is no longer available to me to view. This has been inconvenience to me "the customer." I inquired, can another new card to be issued overnight and I was told by an Xplore Supervisor I would be responsible to pay for the overnight charge. The Xplore Supervisor also informed me there are other options for me to use to obtain my money instead of using or requesting the debit card that I am entitled to. Last I checked customer service is the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met. I believe "my REQUIREMENTS were met." If not let me know - I am extremely angry. Yes, my account is small, you sent an email, instead of some speaking to me directly, you could have just had an automated caller complete it. I guess my next step is to file a complaint to someone concerning me paying for overnighting a "new debit card." Some things should be exposed to the public to make customers aware of how small things are really handled, as though the problem would just go away. Have no problem making it go public. My account was hacked - called to receive a new debit card. New card was ordered on November 14, 2019, I was told that it would take approximately 14 days. I went into the bank to retrieve funds and write a check. I have called on numerous occasions and have been given the same information that I must wait. Well I have waited and to NO AVAIL no card has been received by me. I was told by CLAUDIA and RHONDA I must wait or I can have a new card and WAIT. I asked could it be overnight I was told I MUST PAY for it. It is not may fault I have not received it. I believe as a customer I have waited my due time, but the bank believes that the "other options" I should use which those options are an inconvenience to me as a customer. If I order another card, it will take the same amount of time 7-15 days. All I want is a debit card for my "SMALL ACCOUNT" I have been with Xplore for about 5-6 years and has never encounter this situation before. So I guess there is a change for me coming.
