  Worst bank ever. Just one time id like the atm to accept deposits like its meant to. How is this atm never taking cash or check deposits. Fix yourself my chase account may not do intrest but it always lets me deposit my cash and checks

  Capital one has very few banks in the area. And all of their atms have one or another issue. This one wouldnt take cash or check payments...

  Any experience by this branch was really professional, very friendly costumer service, always available ATM, and when I need something over the phone they gladly answer my concerns and questions

  We deposited over 50 check in the ATM and it didn't take it. They don't know their heads from their behinds here.

  The worst bank in my opinion. You can’t call and talk to anyone. It takes super long to get an answer and the customer service is horrible. I am closing all my accounts with them.

  This branch is awful!!! The drive through takes forever! They make you wait while they do the line inside. They are rude about it also. Don’t go there.

  Very long wait..Its 4 people waiting in line, only 2 workers in the entire branch..

  Great staff. Got a credit card and new checking and savings account done in about 20 minutes.
