  Lackluster and inefficient staff, if you have 30 minutes to waste for a simple business deposit this is the place for you. And even after the wait they don’t know what they are doing. Clearly the 2 star overall review is worthy, way to fail.

  Both ATMs are out of order since last night. Long lines at the teller and only 2 stations open.

  The entrance card reader is broken, inserted my debit card and the door didn't open. Same thing happened to another gentleman next to me.

  They are rude and their phone scanners don’t work. I stood outside in the blaring heat for 10 minutes until a customer walked out while the employees watched. All I wanted to do was take out cash. Their system does not work. Glad they love their company and customers. Sarcastically said.

  Horrible customer service! I simply wanted to send a wire to a Merrill Lynch account and not only did I have to wait for an inordinate amount of time for a representative they took a customer before me who had literally just walked in to the branch because they said he had an appointment after I had been waiting for over 45 minutes. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I will never go back to this branch again.

  The service was beyond slow, the service is beyond poor and the bank is understaffed, there is no parking available. They have a superiority complex at this bank

  The lines are terrible at the Bank ! We can go grocery shopping for half an hour however we can’t see a teller behind the glass for a few minutes !! They need to open more branches in Bergen county!! !!!!!

  Bad customer service at this locations. I am customer past 20 years they didn't do my Notary for today i had to go to TD they did it right away even i don't have account with them
