  Do not EVER go to capital one for anything. First off i cannot understand the customer service people because the hire people overseas for cheap. They also do not understand me, which makes it hard to communicate or get anything done. There was a pay off that happened with a car that was financed through capital one, THEY NEVER SENT THE TITLE.... its been over a month. Their system told me before i spoke to a rep that the pay off was already recieved. When i spoke to the rep i think he repeated what the automated system already told me. All i understood was "payoff recieved april 1." Which i already stated. Now we have to wait longer for them to sent the request to get the title.... 😒 if they did their job in the beginning we wouldnt have to wait for something that should of been done a MONTH ago!!!!! I asked why it was never sent and it went silent. Then he said "send the request now, it will take 1-5 business days, you need to call the DMV."

  Is this location still operational? I arrived there around 14:30 hrs, to open an account and discovered the doors to their lobby locked. If it was due to the covid virus, please post a sign on the doors for your customers to know. I've been so excited to start my banking experience there and hope they don't dissapoint me. Retired Military...

  Very disappointed! I noticed the doors have been locked/ closed during hours do I asked if they were closing, they assured me they were not closing .... now closed inside and even the atm's are down. Will be switching banks very soon

  I went to this location yesterday and it has been shut down. There is a note on the door but no one updated their online listings.

  I had a wonderful experience at this location. I went in with a number of things I needed to figure out. I had miss Cheryl, who helped me figure out all the hoops I needed to jump through due to a complete name change. I hope she realizes how much she brightened my day. My five stars are for miss Cheryl!!

  The worst possible financial institution choice. 19 years of banking with them, they won’t give me a deposit slip, won’t let a child use the restroom, refuse to make it right when their ATM steals money from me....they’ve completely lost sight of customer service.

  1 teller working drive thru on a Saturday morning stayed 30 min in drive thru and i arrivrd at 9am too long neef more help
