  Capital one bank. Ridiculously ridiculous. Have 2 drive out 2 this branch now since they closed the Massapequa branch and other branches 2 save themselves money on rents and almost 30 minutes on line 2 make a large withdrawal. It's all about the money nowadays with big conglomerate corporations saving money on less branches and less employees workivt behind the counter as the line was almost out the door and only 2 tellers working. Think my next withdrawal is gonna be 2 close account. Customer service is out the window nowadays weather it's on the phone or going in in person.

  Came into this branch last Thursday and Personal Banker Anthony was the most helpful! I wanted to open a CD account and he gave me so much information about what would be the right one for me to open and I was very happy at the end!

  This particular branch is ridiculous with their guidelines I go to any other Capital One branch never a problem friendly in and out, this particular branch the guidelines they follow are ridiculous thank God for other branches that work with non-customers to make their day relaxing and enjoyable this branch is a ball of stress

  I use the ATM regularly to avoid service fees and every times I go there the ATM’s are down ,went today , the inside one is down ,the outside one is out of order too ,guess I have to start looking for a new bank

  This is a really nice branch. There is always complimentary coffee available and the tellers are always so friendly. I have also gone there on several occasions for Notary Public service which was free since I have an account with them. I would recommend calling first for Notary Public service though because sometimes the person that does it is off that day or could be out to lunch. Happened to me once, but I went back later and all was good. If I could change one thing, and I would direct this at all banks in general and not just Capital One.... Stop charging the poor people a monthly fee for not having enough money in their accounts while the ones with a lot don't pay a fee. There's a reason that there isn't too much in there to begin with.

  Teller shorted me on several checks when she deposited the checks from the sale of my home. The next day she deposited someone else’s check into my account and then took it back. How can a bank employ someone who is so incompetent?

  They made me wait 30 minutes at the pull up window! Extremely bad service! The teller was extremely rude and was slow in doing my transactions! I’ve been with Capital One for a very long time and never had this trouble ever before in my life! This bank has gone down hill!!!!

  Everyone at this branch are so nice, friendly and fast processing transactions. There's one particular person, Andra who is such a mood lifter. Even when I've had a rough day and seem to be in a bad mood, after talking with Andra, you can't help but smile. Thank you for having awesome people like Andra.

  This is my bank now. Been to this branch multiple times. The line moves quickly and the tellers are always eager to help. Make sure to grab a lollipop before you leave.. 🍭😁
