TD Bank Reviews

Christopher DeSimone1Went in on a Sunday. My bank was closed. My girlfriend uses TD and recommended i go there. All i needed was to exchange $40 for 40 singles for a birthday present. I was then asked for my debit card and when i said i didn’t have an account, i was told they couldn’t give me change. I just find it ironic that a bank will not give change without you giving them your money first! Absolutely absurd. We were going to open a joint account there, but will definitely not be doing business with them again. The teller was not nice about it at all either.

jennifer savage1There 3 days in a row over this holiday weekend and atm was broken. Went while they were open yesterday and waited 15 min behind a car that was there while I was circling the two broken atm machines then since I was late for work by this time I left. All I wanted to do was make a quick deposit, but have no fear td will surely send you immediate reminder to make sure you make the deposit, wish their service was that efficient

paul ramos1Giving a 1 stat because I can give 0, this branch is horrible, no change no employees takes 15 min to count a deposit I wouldn't come if the company I work didn't have an account here, please close this branch so I can get to a real bank

Fran Greeley4I only stay due to Cara the branch manager and MaryAnn. They really care about helping small businesses grow and making sure you have everything you need. Shame on the Corporate giving bonuses to new people. What about the people who stay? Thank you ladies i hope they get you more people to help you.

Donnamarie H5I have been coming to this TD bank location for awhile. The place is spotless and the tellers are always polite. One person always stands out and that is Ianni and I have to say he is absolutely wonderful. He always has a friendly smile and he genuinely wants to know how your day was, as a customer you don't always feel like they actually care but he does. He is always professional with anyone he helps and he really makes you feel like you are important. Any questions I have asked about accounts he knows the answers to. I would recommend going to see him when you have any needs with the bank, his customer service is amazing and the reason I use this branch.

Nicholas Edmonds5I've had great experiences there every time that I've visited. The tellers there are very down-to-earth, friendly, and easy to talk to. My most recent experience was with a teller named Kim who was very friendly and I had a chat with her about previous employment, and we have actually had the same employers in the past so it was nice talking to a teller that I could relate to. During a different visit I had another teller there as well who was also very personable and we also talked about different jobs we had in the past as well as other secondary occupations that he has partaken in in the past. The tellers there deserve a substantial raise.

Alex Harris2I think most "stores" are kinda losing their edge these days, with such a big decline in walk-in customers these places are off their game. Having said that I'm grateful that people are showing up to their jobs so we can be served but... Service just ain't what it used to be... Very impersonal, transactional robotic etc, can't blame em I guess... But ya this branch is suffering big time from all that. At least they have online banking?! Lol

B A5The people at this branch go above and beyond. I own a business and needed a letter on TD letterhead with account information. Cara had a letter written up and emailed to me through a secure system. I could not access the letter and there was a deadline with Medicare. So Cara drove to my business and dropped off the letter personally. This is the kind of service that will keep me a customer there for a long time. I don't believe many other banks would do that.

Lego4I used the drive through on Saturday. The window teller was very courteous and professional. He took care of my needs but had to go on lunch. The other window teller was polite and courteous. The drive through window service wasnt as quick as I had anticipated but was acceptable due to the type of service requested. Overall, I understood and accept this type of service as satisfactory.

Matthew Hart2Normally a good bank to walk into but now with this greeting people and having a person on the floor all the time has increased wait times dramatically and made TD Bank not the most convenient bank.
