Domminique Simmons1Just deposited my money orders into my account. Was told it will be available the next day. Once I received my receipt they then told me I won’t receive my full amount until almost 96 hours later. That’s all me and my daughter have to survive on right now. I called to get it all released the next day. But because I haven’t had the account for six months because I just moved to the state they won’t release it. Capital one is making it perfectly clear that they are ok with me and my nine year old daughter going without food and transportation because they won’t release it. We have to suffer because I haven’t had an account with them for half a year. This is crazy. Dealing with this I wish I never became a new member with capital one right now. I’m hurt to my core.

Courtney Harris1I had an appointment at this location to open a business account. My appointment was at 10am and at 1020 I go back to the teller to remind them my appointment was at 10am. She tells me that they are reviewing my information now. So I was told appointment couldn’t even be scheduled until my information was review which is why they scheduled the appointment. I advise the teller I been here waiting with no update. She said well it can take up to a hour to open the account. Ma’am the issue isn’t the length of time it takes to open the account it’s the lack of professionalism to advise me of any status updates. This is poor customer service, but I’m sure COVID-19 would be their excuse.

Jeep XJ1Be careful! They allowed my OLD deactivate card to be used and ran it under the new updated card Info! I have canceled my card now and will be moving banks today. Don’t let them Do this to you as well!

Antonio Trejo5AWESOME customer service! Branch is very clean, I feel safe going to this location not like the others! Cops are always passing by when I go and change my check etc, I always get treated with respect when I go and I don’t always go due to the distance from me but when I go they’re very nice and polite. The team at this location is great, I love how they tend to ask for two forms of ID not like other branches, it makes me feel great knowing that I’m with a bank that I can trust with my money and that they won’t be giving it to the wrong person. The way they double check is perfect because I mean rather be safe than sorry, some people may not like it but what they don’t see is that they not only do it to you but other as well. My last visit was just yesterday, I got attended by some kind lady with a golden chain and if I remember right I believe her name was Naida or something like that? But yeah I believe that’s how it’s spelled. Very nice, very kind lady. As soon as I entered the bank they greeted me with a smile and when I got to the window the teller asked how my day was going etc while helping me out. I recommend this location to everyone looking for a capital one around the area.

Suze Fuller Taylor4I've used this location about 6 times, inside the lobby. Every time has been positive, with friendly cashiers. All my transactions have been simple and routine, so I haven't experienced the need for a personal banker or manager or any special services, so I can't rate the customer service as exceptional only because I haven't needed anything more than a quick deposit of my checks. So far, I really like this location.

Rachel Perez1EVERY experience I have had at this branch has been poor. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Recently I had to see a personal banker so that I could dispute a charge and replace my debit card. There was only one banker working, and two customers before me. I assume they were opening new accounts or conducting other major transactions because I wanted 90 minutes to conduct my business (it was 30 minutes after their close of business before I was even called to sit down). On another occasion, the ATM malfunctioned and showed no record of my deposit. Very unusual, because when I called the 1-800 customer service, I was told that my debit card reflected the deposit, but they ATM must have failed to record it. They seem to have a high turnover rate of employees there, because I never see the same ones. After the ATM disaster, I'm DONE with this branch. If my business requires that I must go into a branch, I will go out of my way to go to another.

Bobby Jones5I use this branch a lot, and the staff is awesome. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes, and the service I've received has always been really friendly. The only negatives I can think of aren't the branch's fault. The drive-up ATM is often vandalized, and the lane is sometimes covered with broken glass, mostly from beer and liquor bottles being thrown at it after hours. I hope they'll eventually catch whoever does this. Just look before you drive there and if you have time, report it to the staff inside. Also, be careful when using the ATM late at night or early in the morning because it's not unusual to be approached by panhandlers and other street people who will come up to your car window begging for money. It's hard to see them when they're coming from behind the ATM, so they can be a bit of a surprise. I suggest using it only during business hours. Any other time, find an Allpoint ATM inside a a nearby pharmacy or supermarket.
