  Wish I was able to review with no stars. I am very disappointed. Called 211 for help they referred me here. Applied 4/6 for crisis loan I was temporarily out of work due to pandemic. Received approval Thursday 4/9 submitted additional documents. All documents received Fri 4/10. Again this is emergency crisis loan. I have called every hour on the hour since Monday at 9am I left voice messages after message no reply. The only communication I have had is with chat who have no info. But told me I was called back and did not answer. I have waited around for help or some reply now Its too late. Thanks for nothing non- profit. I advise dont waste your time. You will be in a worst situation if you wait around for this company even after receiving an approval

  I was referred to Capital Good Fund by an online car search site, and I was skeptical at first. My credit and income isn't excellent, but I'm a decent, hardworking person and decided to give them a chance to help me. There were so many other outfits offering short-term financing, my email inbox was being bombarded with offers with very high interest rates in the fine print. I was really concerned about getting ripped off. I'm glad I was able to get a pre-approval letter from Capital Good Fund. I had all the documents, but sometimes their communication about specifically what they needed wasn't clear in the first instance, but they were patient until I was able to provide them with what they needed to secure my loan approval. It was a longer process than I expected; it took more than a few weeks after I signed a purchase agreement with a dealership to close the loan, but I am certain a hasty process to get financing through the dealership would have resulted in a financially damaging decision. I was concerned at the end of the process with Capital Good Fund that a "mistake" which increased the expected interest rate of the loan over what I expected from the pre-approval letter was going to break the deal. They apologized and corrected the error, but I'm not sure what they would have done had I signed the incorrect contract. In summary, get all your documents (paystubs, utility bills, license), get pre-approved, shop around to get a good price on the car you want, get your insurance binder with the lender as lienholder, make sure you demand a copy of the signed sales agreement, and most of all, don't make the mistake I did of handing over your trade and taking delivery of the car until the loan is closed, even if you have to wait a while, it will only make you nervous until you sign, and the dealer will likely hound you for delays you have no control over. It probably would have been better to tell the dealer I didn't need their "backup" financing, which will cost you thousands more if you end up needing it. If the dealer pressures you to do otherwise, buy your car somewhere else. Good luck, and thanks Capital Good Fund for helping me meet my goals.

  Natasha, has been a pleasure during this whole process. I have learn so much about managing my money and making smart finical choices. I am also confident in my finical future that my dream of owing my own home and car seems like an achievable goal . Thank you to the capital good fund for help along the way.   I do like and appreciate that Capital Good Fund is a company that helps low income people not only to do House improvements, but it does help to create the sustainability changes our environment needs to save energy, and improve the quality of air we breath-eco system.

  I loved that Natasha is very thorough and detailed. Overall experience I've learned a whole lot. I highly recommend this place for those who are looking to learn more about where there money is going and ways to help improve their ways of either spending or saving. I can see myself coming back if I ever have any questions.

  They gave me a second chance..at first I was denied and got really frustrated because I believe everyone deserves a chance no matter what. They really help you out with an emergency loan. I recommend to try them out.

  I filled out my application for a loan on Sunday and by Tuesday afternoon we were signing closing paperwork. Roxana was wonderful and quick to respond to my questions via email. What a life saver this company is! Hats off to you!!

  I don't even know how to start. Well I have to let you guys know that this place is amazing they have become my best friend,my family my everything. I will tell you guys a little of my story. Well I'm a single mom and I work all day 5 days a week or even 6 if theres time. Well I needed money to fix my car and working paycheck to paycheck being single is hard no state help nothing just my income so My car needs some repairs to survive winther I was going crazy wondering who could lend me money to get it fixed of course when u need no one is there for u not even family so I started searching true the internet to see where I could find that hand that could save me. I seen capital good fund and looked at the reviews and loved how people talked about it,so I was like ok let me give it a try. I did every single thing they asked.used my phone ,because I have no internet at home so I have to thank( vannessa )so much for being so helpful and patient with my emails true the phone. So once I send her everything I got the most existing email of my life that once I seen it my tears came out. I was at work in a truck and (yield omg omg thank you for thank you vannessa omg). I have to say these people are a blessing, because not even my bank helped me. Again this place is my family my helping hand that I would NEVER EVER forget this.I can finnally say my car is getting fixed thanks to Capital Good Fund. Guys I love you. Happy New Year.
