  completed an application on 05/05 with a valuation done on 05/11 no updates until 06/13 over 30 days later when I asked to be escalated to a manager to tell me on 06/14 my loan was declined due to my personal score which they pulled my credit on 05/10 so they knew on 05/10 the investor would not do the loan. disappointed and hoodwinked!!!

  Al and his team at capital funding are true professionals and dedicated to there work. I have worked with many people in this profession and as a owner of an Investment firm they impressed me enough to make them my go to on deals. They can be trusted and value customer service if I can give six stars I would. If you are working with other lenders stop wasting your time and call capital funding.

  Being a Florida real estate investor in the post-pandemic world is very tough. It is a volatile market and having a reliable lender is a MUST.   Working with Al has been literally a LIFESAVER! My credit score is not the best and coupled with the requested loan amount… it goes without saying, that it was looking like a deadend. After desperately reaching out, to what felt like half the world, I kept getting turned down and was bracing for the worst. Thankfully, I was referred to Capital funding services. Al walked me through my (limited) options and was able to miraculously secured a hard money loan. Which, due to the complexity of my loan, was no stroll in the park. The leander requested a slew of docs, which at times made it challenging and a little annoying. However, Al was there to guide me through the entire process, and most importantly, didn’t sugarcoat anything! Always told it like it is. Al provided personalized service and truthly empathized with my needs. This old school type of service is what we need more of for real everyday business people. It was worth every penny! Specially, the peace of mind.

  nobody knows what they’re doing here. Several people had to call me back because they were incompetent. I imagine the people who work here would have a hard time closing a door, let alone a loan.

  Red Flag!!! Any lender that charges junk evaluation fee is mostly a crook and you will never see your money ever again, and most likely will not get a loan. It’s a scam that many fake lenders run. I see that they screwed few people already in the same way Based on online reviews. You could be next! They wanted to charge $2250 for credit reports and background checks and some attorney evaluation fee for $300k deal. What is there to evaluate? Lol. When I proposed to put it in escrow they refused, meaning they are planing to screw you from the get go. I’ve been in real estate business for over 25 years and every lender who charged such fees upfront screwed me, so stay away from this crooks if you don’t want to loose your money. Find someone more reputable. Good luck!
