  My debit card stopped working this weekend. I used it to buy a couple albums and some drinks on Friday night. At the grocery store today, it wouldn't work. I'm done with this awful, semi-functional, "bank." Every week I have to go in there because of some problem. But tomorrow, I will be closing my accounts. Edit: Super cool how they publicly shame me. My pin worked on Friday but then it wouldn't work on Sunday; somehow that's my fault. This is the kind of "customer service" I have come to expect from this "credit union."

We did some looking and it looks like your card was denied due to you entering an incorrect PIN for your debit card. If you do not remember the PIN, you can call the number on the back of your card to change it. Please let us know if you have any other questions or issues.   Been with them since they merged with Pioneer. Very friendly at all locations. Had some issues with online activities when the merge first happened. I think they have addressed a lot since then and that means a lot to me. Haven't had real major issues in 10 years between pioneer and capital

  Staff's adherence to the companies rules can make it difficult to do business with. They very rudely told me that there was NO way possible that they could process a $10 check that a relative had made out to my then 9 year old child through my account. She had to open her own account. It is one thing to have a 'rule' but the teller's attitude was completely inappropriate.

  Capital Credit Union Stole Funds under my first name, and my deceased mother's last name I found that out back in 2015

  The absolute worst to deal with in times of estate account for my father impossible to get anything done with them. Very dysfunctional can't believe they are in the business of handling money

  Have to wait for 18 other callers before you get through and they don’t offer a call back when your # comes up.
