  terrible to get to talk to an actual person. i had to call main bank in downtown Green Bay. when i went to bank, both tellers helping drive ups - no one attending walk in customers. would not recommend this branch as they have no one to answer a phone or help walk i customers.

  Associated Bank’s CUSTOMER SERVICE has been replaced with “NO SERVICE.” Sure, they are friendly and lots of smiles behind the teller cage. Beyond that they are onerous, cumbersome, slow, and only structured to serve the bank not the customer! It takes an hour to wire money which u lol sed to take five minutes. Their bank card no longer offers fraud or transaction protection beyond 50 miles from the bank! So if you order extra something using their bank card, and it doesn’t get delivered or it’s received totally damaged and the supplier won’t give you credit back, they won’t reverse the transaction like they did before. To add insult to injury, they now implant a bug on your software on your computer and cell phone and tracks everything you do and any place you go online. They then sell that information to anyone that wants to buy it! SAD!

  Personal banker is no way near a professional. Unable to answer simple questions on business and or accounts. He didn't understand WHY I would want to pay my morgatege off! Really he wanted me to keep my mortgage payments to use the tax write off???? What?? No I want to pay my mortgage off and Do Not want more dept. Or a C.D.=Certificate of Death! That pays less then my Amex money market.

  I do not recommend this bank! There is absolutely no follow through from the bankers I have had direct contact with. That alone tells me how important customers are. The only reason I have not closed my account, is the convenience of paying my property taxes.

  Terrible !!! Learning how to do you job as a personal banker on the customer's time and to openly say I don't know how to do this...... And you manage personal finance's NOT MINE .

  The atm is active 24 hours but the bank is no where near open 24 hours.

  Everyone is Professional..and polite/caring and helpful.
