      Associated bank is the worst bank in the entire history of banks. $35 for one day of a negative balance because of Apple Music... it’s hilarious because they told me it was a $7 a day when I signed up but now magically it’s $35 HA take my business elsewhere. Sickening. The staff is also very rude

      Do not bank here. Completely rude people, they threaten you with fees if you close your accounts. I became a customer because the Huntington Bank transition and came in immediately to close my accounts. The head manager seems to be on a power trip.

      I came in to talk to someone about a issue pertaining to my account. Instead of getting talk to.. I got talked about right in front of me. Which is rude! They don't care about their customers or what's in the best interest of them. Save your time and money by switching to a credit union!
