  Everyone at CCHL was extremely helpful from A to Z throughout the process of fulfilling our mortgage needs. I really enjoyed the personal touch that they provided through their customer service. Throughout the entire process I was always communicated with either via email or by a personal call from a member of the team. They answered all of my questions in a professional and timely manner every time. They helped me navigate through what is normally a very stressful endeavor and made it easy as pie.

  This is our very first home. Thus, we aren't aware of the terminology and process of a home loan application. Rick Darlington was very patient in explaining the home loan process to us. With every phone call and email, he made sure we understood our positions and what we need to do to get approval to buy our home. We appreciate Rick and his associates for helping us getting our house in 3 weeks' time. We are very happy customers and would refer Rick Darlington to our friends and family.

  CCHL struck the perfect balance between taking the time to provide me with all the information I needed to make decisions, and a fast and efficient closing process. Rick Darlington was willing to listen to all of my concerns, and to understand what my financial goals were. He then laid out a number of options, and made sure I understood the implications of each one. Once my decision was made, the process was incredibly fast and easy. Using their online portal, I was able to fill out the application and upload all of the supporting documents, on my time. Their use of e-signatures and other digital tools streamlined the process. I live in another state, and was able to accomplish everything without coming into the office, and their customer service was spot on. Emails and phone calls were answered within a day, and usually sooner. The final closing was handled by a local attorney, around the corner from my house, completing the "let's make it easy for the customer" service they delivered. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Rick Darlington is super knowledgeable about all types of Mortgages including VA. Being in the military, I’ve relocated several times and Rick has become my “go to” mortgage broker. I have shopped around in the past, but quickly found out that no one beats Rick for closing a loan on-time at an excellent rate. He works hand-in-hand with you and is very professional and detail oriented. He is the real deal and I highly recommend him.
