  Very slow service. Never more than two employees working at a time. Drive through is served out of order. Ive brought my change to turn into rolled coins in marked bags and the teller has told me, streesed out this is confusing for her to understand this. I believe she just wants me to organize my change in a way that is easier for her. Ei make a list and stack all the change together. I'll just have to make deposits for my company at another branch because this location is very slow at service.

  Gentleman we dealt with was boring, seemingly disinterested, and did not have answers to many of our questions. We did finally open a checking account, but we do not plan to use this location again.

  Really unsure what all the negative reviews were talking about? This place was great! The staff was so friendly and energetic and just so helpful. They were all laughing and smiling and really seemed liked they loved their job. I had to come to this location since it was the closest to me that did Instant Card Services and honestly, they just made the 45 minute drive worth it! They were great and the facility was great. 100/10 would recommend!

  Horriblly rude and not customer friendly!! I pulled up just at 4:59 and the ladies totally closed the windows on me. All I needed to do was make a cash deposit.....bad business!!

  Terrible customer service. I bank in Williston and NEVER have a problem with a check. Have been banking with this company for years, have direct deposit with them. This location has different rules than the one where I live, isn't this all the same company. This location should be closed down.

  Lousy management at this location and it starts with the branch manger evelyn Ortiz who lacks proper customer service skills and her drive thru tellers whom they are poorly trained .THIS branch is losing customers everyday no wonder .if you want to open a commercial business account go to another bank they have a very lousy management in taking care of their business ACCOUNT holders.

  The ATM is always temporarily out of service here. Cheap cut place. Do not use this branch.
