  I have used this team for two of my mortgages now and they are all amazing! They have great communication, and the back office support team (loan partners, processors, etc) are on top of everything! Highly recommend this team if you are buying a home and want a smooth, stress free transaction. Also.... the rate and lender discounts were best in class!!

  Robert and his team are amazing! When our original lender fell through 2 weeks prior to closing, Robert and his team sprang into action. They were very responsive to all of our needs, they answered all of our questions and worked extra hard to have us close on time. We would not be enjoying our new home without them and for that, we will be forever grateful! I 100% recommend this team to everyone who is looking for a home mortgage.

  I had the opportunity to use with Robert as a lender when I was working in real estate and construction. I enjoyed working with Robert because he was always honest and upfront no matter what the situation was. So when I was getting ready to buy a new house Robert did our loan for us. I appreciate his character and how smooth the process was. So when my daughter just recently bought her first home. I referred her to Robert .   Robert and his team were amazing in our process of getting financed to build a house. From the initial review of our financial information for the pre-approval, through the crazy waters created by covid to the final closing, his team was top notch. We had regular communication and every question was quickly answered along the way. They provide options for nearly every situation. (If there is a way to get you approved, he will). They often save deals that other lenders fail to close and in a super fast time frame. Seek them out for a review. Great rates. Better service. Deal closed!

  Fillyaw Mortgage Team is the best in the business! We originally financed our home with them in January 2019 and then refinanced in late 2020. Very smooth and easy process both times. Highly recommend!
