      Capital City Bank is original lender with several branches in town. They support the local community and are an excellent resource for small businesses, for homeowners, and others in need of financial services.

      They are nothing but mere thieves! Turning on bounce protection does not "help anyone" but the bank itself. After telling them we did not want it they cut it on again a short time later and screw us over again. Do not put your money in this bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is no money in an account a debit card should not be able to be used. Period.
