  Love this credit union! Not only can I deposit cash at the ATM the benefits are wonderful!

  People are nice but know nothing of how their own policy (I.E. loans) work. Our branch currently has no hours posted online so we don't even know when we can go and get a new card. Will not pick up the phone when you call. Probably taking my business else where.

  Hi Matthew, A member of our service experience team will be reaching out to you soon to see how we can further assist you but you can pick up a new debit card in our drive through Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00pm; Wednesday 10:00am - 5:00pm; and Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

  Open up the Bank!!! You are the only bank in town with drive through only!!! Your customers deserve better than having to wait 1 hour to make a simple transaction and dont get me started on the phone system!!! 5 minutes of generic messages another 5 minutes to get someone on the phone. Try an extension bank says..... Then get put right to voice-mail and then repeat the process!!!

  I absolutely love Georgia United Credit Union! Excellent customer service and great rates. I can not recommend them highly enough. I could never go back to a bank. I have been spoiled by GUCU.

  Even though the bank lobby isn't open, I'm still able to conduct business as usual. Great branch. A+
